Summary: This class is generated for the athletically inclined student who is ready for an intense focus on speed training, strength development and achievement of personal athletic goals. Students should be ready to do activities such as (but not limited to): resistance training, sprints, olympic lifting and upper body development. Students will learn biomechanics and physics to produce force in a manner that will help avoid injury and enhance performance.
